Bed 2 – Legumes

These beds contain mostly nitrogen fixing plants from the bean and pea (Fabaceae or Leguminosae) family with nasturtiums for color and a couple of long season lettuce varieties for seed isolation.

Bed Equipment:  2 tall trellises, 2 short trellises

Do NOT add compost

mulch well if winter cover crop isn’t sufficient mulch
